Become an European Citizen​
​Golden Visa Portugal is an investment residence program in Portugal, that allows those who are not citizens of the European Union, ​to became a European Citizen.
​Which means that if you fulfill a few requirements and make an investment in Portugal, you may have a residence permit to live there, and a few years later be entitled to citizenship.

  Golden Visa Main Benefits​
  • Entry, free circulation and new opportunities for you and your family in all 26 Schengen space countries 
  • After five years, you can apply for Portuguese citizenship: a Portuguese citizen card and passport ​and free movement in  all “Schengen Area" countries.  
  • Your dependent children and dependent parents will also qualify for the same benefits.                       
  • The program is not blacklisted by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), unlike many other Golden Visa programs from other countries.
  • Option to become a Non Habitual Resident (RNH) of Portugal and pay little or no tax for 10 years.
  • Choose from a variety of  affordable investment options.  
  • Security of a second home in a safe and stable country.​​​​
  • You can sell or withraw your investment after a period of five years.

   Golden Visa Requirements
  1. ​A minimum investment, between €250.000 and €500.000 among ​a range of options. 
  2. ​​To make the investment before the Golden Visa application submition.
  3. Maintain the required investment for a minimum of five years.​​
  4. Have no criminal record or commit any crime.                                             
  5. Maintain a valid health insurance. 
  6. To accomplish the “Stay Requirement” in Portugal, which is:
              •  To stay for a minimum of 7 days in the first year
              •  To stay for a minimum of 14 days, in each 2 subsequents two-year period
              •  The days to stay in the above periods, can be consecutive or not.
